The official notice prints EWS 1 and UR 1 (total 2) across the two Manager posts together, and UR 1 each for AGM (Accounts) and DGM (Company Secretary). PwBD reservation is horizontal. Vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease as per the Bank's requirement.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. If a large number of eligible candidates apply, NHB will carry out a preliminary screening of applications followed by a Group Discussion to shortlist candidates for the interview.
Candidates must secure the minimum marks in the interview to be considered for the final rank list. The merit list is prepared in descending order of interview scores, and the Bank's decision on shortlisting is final.

Regular posts also carry facilities like Bank/leased accommodation or HRA, medical reimbursement, telephone charges, knowledge allowance, conveyance allowance, LTC, gratuity, leave encashment and NPS coverage as per Bank rules. Probation for AGM and Manager posts is 1 year.

- Keep scanned copies ready: photograph (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm), signature in black ink (not in capital letters), left thumb impression (black or blue ink on white paper) and a handwritten declaration in English in your own handwriting.
- Register online between 29 September 2026 and 18 October 2026 and fill in your details carefully. Category cannot be changed after registration.

Deputation posts (GM IT / DGM HR): in addition to online registration, the application in Annexure-I with attested ACRs/APARs for the last 3 years, NOC and Vigilance Clearance Certificate must be forwarded through proper channel by Speed Post / Registered Post to: Deputy General Manager (HRMD), National Housing Bank, Head Office, Core 5A, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003, so as to reach by 18 October 2026. Write "For the post of General Manager (Information Technology) on Deputation / Deputy General Manager (Human Resource) on deputation, as the case may be" on the envelope.
Exam Pattern
There is no written exam in this recruitment. The scheme of selection in the official notice is shortlisting followed by interview, with a preliminary screening and Group Discussion only if the number of eligible applicants is high.
