51 includes 4 Pediatrician/MO, 8 MLHP/CHO/MO, 12 Staff Nurses, 16 ANM/second ANM, 5 Lab Tech, 2 Pharmacists, and one each mobile-unit MO, Epidemiologist, Psychiatrist, Lab Manager. Degree, pay and district/zonal/multi-zonal reservation differ by row.
Offline form and DD
Submit the application pack at IDOC, 2nd Floor, S-16, Office of DM&HO, Hanumakonda. Detailed notice permits in person or registered post. It must arrive by 5 PM on 15 October; postal delay is your risk.
Page 5 specifies DD Rs 500, SC/ST/PH Rs 250, in favour of DM&HO, Hanumakonda. Attach self-attested DOB/SSC, Intermediate, qualification, all-year marks, council registration, applicable category/disability/ex-service/NCC, study classes 4-10/local-residence evidence and photograph.
Merit and temporary appointment
90 marks are qualifying-exam based, 10 age based. Age weight 0.5 per completed year above 18, max 10, reckoned 1 July 2026. Final selection follows objections, roster and local rules. One year or until need ceases is not permanent employment.
