CBT 1 is a screening test. Its marks are not counted in the final panel. Topics are mathematics, mental ability and Class 10 physics, chemistry and life sciences.
CBT 2 Part A includes mathematics, general intelligence/reasoning, and basic science/engineering such as engineering drawing, measurements, work and energy, electricity, safety and IT literacy. Part B covers the relevant DGT trade syllabus and requires 35 percent for every category.
Only Part A marks count for shortlisting to later stages after qualifying Part B. Read the official notice for CBAT battery qualification and final merit rules. This is a syllabus guide, not an open-application announcement.
