JKSSB has issued the admit-card notice for the OMR written examination for Female MPHW/Male Multipurpose Health Worker under Notification 07 of 2025, items 35-59. Download starts 6 October for the examination on 11 October.

- Open the official JKSSB website and the e-admit-card link.
- Log in using username and password, then the OTP sent to your registered email/mobile.
- Download and print the card. Check the venue, time, photograph and instructions.
Report at least two hours before exam time for biometric/facial authentication. Candidates must hand the signed admit card back to invigilation staff after the examination.
If unable to download, represent before the Board two days before the examination with valid proof of application and fee. For a photograph mismatch, immediately contact the central office in Jammu or Srinagar, in person or at ssbjk-grievance@jk.gov.in. The centre superintendent will not entertain a photo-mismatch claim on exam day.
