The Goa Public Service Commission advertised 40 posts under Advt 10 of 2026, with applications open from 9 October 2026 on the Goa recruitment portal. The posts are spread over 10 post types in the Public Health Department and the Directorate of Vigilance.

Tutor 25 (12 General, 7 OBC, 3 ST, 2 EWS, 1 PwD). Assistant Professor in Cardiac Anaesthesiology 4, Medical Gastroenterology 2, Surgical Gastroenterology 1, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 1 (PwD). Biochemist 2. Associate Professor in Medical Surgical Nursing 1 and in Midwifery and Obstetrical Nursing 1. Senior Technical Examiner 1 and Technical Examiner 2 are on deputation only.

Important dates

The last date is 23 October 2026 for the 37 regular posts. The 3 deputation posts, Senior Technical Examiner and Technical Examiner, close on 23 November 2026. Do not use 23 October for those.

Eligibility

Maximum age is 45 years for regular posts and 60 years for deputation posts. Tutor needs an MSc in Nursing, or a BSc or Post Basic BSc in Nursing with 3 years of experience including 1 year of teaching if no MSc candidate is available, and knowledge of Konkani. Biochemist needs an MSc in Biochemistry. Deputation posts are only for serving officers of the Central, State or UT government with a civil or construction engineering degree.

Pay

Tutor is at pay matrix Level 6. Senior Technical Examiner is Level 12 and Technical Examiner is Level 11.
