Who fits the Director role?
A Natural Sciences PhD or Engineering masters is required; an Engineering PhD is desirable. Applicants need at least 16 years of R&D focused on translational research in laboratory fields and demonstrated leadership. Experience is counted from the beginning of the research career. Age is 45-56 unless DG CSIR approves an exceptional-merit relaxation.
